barre50 and barre30

Our signature barre class is offered in both 50 and 30 minute formats. It is low-impact, yet dynamic, and our intentional style of instruction incorporates optional challenges and modifications into every exercise.

STRENGTH

A 45 minute functional strength training class that is low-impact and uses heavy weights to sculpt the entire body. Taught in circuits, this class focuses on movement and repetition as a way to strengthen and stabilize your entire body.

HIIT

Structured with short  high intensity intervals, followed by quick recovery periods, if you are looking to sweat, this is the class for you. Work larger muscle groups, get your heart rate sky high, and break a sweat! Low and no impact modifications available.
